You will architect solutions, write clean, testable code, and drive CI/CD using Docker and GitHub Actions, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability. 4+ years of backend Python experience is required, along with strong PostgreSQL skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional backend software development experience using Python.
• Proven API & microservices design and deployment experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL proficiency and ORM frameworks.
• Testing with Pytest and modern CI/CD practices.
• Advanced Git usage and collaborative development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Write clean, tested code and promote modern Python practices (type hints, async, design patterns).
• Containerize applications with Docker and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Design schemas, write optimized SQL, and work with ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy).
• Integrate third-party APIs ensuring low latency, high availability, and security.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers and collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams.
