BairesDev is a fully remote technology company offering global opportunities. This Python AI Engineer role focuses on building the agent and retrieval layer for an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees.

You will own evaluation coverage and contribute to LangGraph workflows and RAG pipelines, with additional frontend work as needed. We seek 5+ years in Python and production-grade LLM experience, plus LangChain knowledge and AWS expertise.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python experience; 8+ years for lead-level scope.
• Proven production experience with LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Build LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources.
• Maintain evaluation coverage for AI behavior shipped.
• Extend the existing Next.js frontend when needed.
