BairesDev is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale production-grade AI systems using Node.js and Python. You will act as a technical driver to integrate language models and orchestration frameworks into enterprise-ready applications, collaborating with global teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Node.js and Python for building production-grade AI systems.
• Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI APIs, and implementing RAG or agentic workflows.
• Solid understanding of API development, MLOps practices, and cloud deployment.
• Experience with AI evaluation methodologies and observability frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust backend architectures and APIs to support complex AI workflows.
• Integrate large language models and establish efficient retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic systems.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and orchestration flows to ensure reliable, high-performance model execution.
• Implement production-level MLOps practices, including evaluation methodologies, monitoring, and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable, secure cloud-deployed AI solutions.
