Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.
• Strong background in designing evaluation frameworks for model performance and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust RAG architectures to ground LLM responses in external knowledge bases.
• Develop and manage the full lifecycle of LLM fine-tuning pipelines to align model outputs with specific domain needs.
• Optimize system performance through advanced prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and context management.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI features seamlessly into existing product ecosystems.
• Ensure model reliability and cost-efficiency by implementing monitoring, validation layers, and inference optimization.
