BairesDev is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to own features end to end, integrating agent and skill systems, and building RAG pipelines with robust validation before production. You’ll evaluate agent behavior against datasets and contribute to API services and front-end interfaces.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior engineers, strong Python/LangChain/LangGraph experience, and a 100% remote, globally distributed work setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python experience.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines.
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and container orchestration.
• Proficient in vector search and embedding systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and API services.
• Integrate LLMs and build RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate agent behavior against golden datasets and offline evals.
• Build and maintain front-end interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with a Staff or Principal engineer, surfacing blockers and helping others.
