The role emphasizes building robust RAG workflows, semantic search, and ETL/ELT processes, with collaboration across teams to deliver impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and integrating LLMs with OpenAI APIs.
• Proven experience building and optimizing RAG workflows and Semantic Search.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Agentic workflows, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop and integrate high-performance application layers with LLM APIs to support complex workflows.
• Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare unstructured data for AI workflows.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and shape strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.
