BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs) to design, develop, and optimize production-grade AI applications. You will translate complex data requirements into scalable solutions and drive integration of LLM architectures.

Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, semantic search, ETL/ELT processes, and monitoring AI outputs. This role offers 100% remote work worldwide and competitive USD or local compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills with OpenAI API integration.
• Proven experience building RAG workflows and semantic search.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain/Agentic) and ETL/ELT processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop and integrate high-performance layers with LLM APIs for complex workflows.
• Architect ETL/ELT pipelines to prep unstructured data for AI tasks.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring for safe, accurate AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
