PayJoy is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive visual quality, UX, and product strategy across iOS, Android, and desktop web. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape end-to-end experiences, push design systems, and explore AI-enabled prototyping and research methods.

The role emphasizes strong visual craft, UX fluency, and ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders, while contributing to product strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

Formación

• Must-have: extensive Figma experience and UX fluency.
• Experience with design systems and scalable visual design.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Experience designing across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own visual design, UX, and product strategy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Develop and evolve design systems, prototypes, and research artifacts.
