Applaudo seeks a product-minded designer to transform complex business challenges into simple, scalable digital experiences across web, mobile, and kiosks. You will partner with Product and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and deliver holistic solutions from problem discovery to validation and implementation.

A strong portfolio in product thinking and UX/UI, advanced Figma skills, and experience with design systems are required.

Formación

• 4+ years designing digital products with a portfolio across web and mobile.
• Ability to translate business goals into usable product experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Researchers, Analysts, and Designers.
• Experience working with design systems and component-based development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product design from discovery through implementation and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers to define objectives and success criteria.
• Map journeys, IA, and interaction models for complex experiences.
• Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and other touchpoints.
