PayJoy, a public benefit corporation, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own visual design, UX, and product strategy across iOS, Android, and desktop web. You will elevate visual polish while shaping product strategy, design systems, prototyping, and research.

Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing and influence end-to-end experiences for multiple platforms. The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, plus a drive to translate business metrics into design decisions and to

Formación

Must-have: Extensive Figma experience; UX fluency; user research methodologies; Design Systems; strong visual design; presentation skills in English and Spanish; business/metrics fluency; AI fluency and prototyping.
Platform experience: native iOS and Android, plus desktop/web.
Nice-to-have: branding assets, illustration/vector skills, branding/design studio experience.

Responsabilidades

Own visual design, UX, and product strategy across iOS, Android, and desktop web.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing; contribute to design systems, prototyping, research and cross-functional work.
Present, defend, and articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders; evolve workflow with AI tools and experimentation.
