Foolproof, a product design specialist, is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join a large team delivering digital journeys for a range of clients. The role is based in London with some client‑site work, collaborating closely with design leads from discovery to delivery.

You will craft visual solutions, prototype concepts and present designs that meet business goals while guiding stakeholders through iterative, user‑centered processes and mentoring junior designers.

Formación

• Extensive experience creating design solutions for high‑profile digital products or services.
• Expert in industry‑standard design visualisation and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive design.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles and execution.
• Previous experience managing/mentoring more junior designers is desirable.
• Experience conducting evaluative research to validate and improve design solutions.

Responsabilidades

• You will be part of a large team working on digital journeys across the customer lifecycle.
• You will work closely with design leads from discovery through delivery of work.
• You will deliver and present design concepts and solutions that meet business and client needs.
• You will guide clients through an iterative, customer‑centred design process.
• You will self‑organise, lead ideation workshops and design reviews with stakeholders.
• You will support more junior members of the team.
