DevSavant Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on mobile design to own end-to-end design for complex issues across mobile and web platforms. You will shape the mobile design strategy and partner with leadership to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences.

You will mentor designers, contribute to design reviews, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure design rigor and alignment with business goals.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI roles, with increasing scope and ownership.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end mobile-first design with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers, formally or informally.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; fluency with AI-assisted design and dev workflows.
• Deep understanding of user research methods; experience designing and running research independently.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces across devices and platforms.
• Strong UX writing and communication; able to present design rationale to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design process for complex mobile initiatives from problem framing to shipped experience.
• Set design direction and strategy for mobile platform; align with product and engineering leadership.
• Mentor other designers and raise craft, process, and rigor.
• Participate in design critiques and reviews at a high level.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to align with business goals.
• Embed with agile teams to deliver usable and beautiful experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas.
