AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Designer to lead e-commerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You will move fluidly between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable.

Comfort presenting decisions to clients and mentoring junior designers completes the role, with opportunities to collaborate with in-house and freelance designers and to leverage AI to improve workflow efficiency.

Formación

• Strong visual design across web/mobile: layout, typography, color, and image composition.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and with the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication about design.
• UX/UI skills including wireframes, sitemaps, and IA.
• Explain design decisions to clients and implement feedback.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs mapping to client goals, audience, and vertical.
• Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is shared with the client.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Continually experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with other designers, both in-house and freelance.
• Provide useful contributions to team meetings and client workshops.
• Provide feedback to team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new tools proactively.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and streamline the design process.
