Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. Legal Entity seeks a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage timely and accurate payroll operations for the Americas region. You will review results, generate reports and support process improvements within a global services framework.

Required: 4+ years in payroll/HR operations, strong English, and knowledge of US payroll; CPP/FPC preferred; leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; 4+ years in Payroll or HR operations (Americas).
• Strong knowledge of US payroll processing, regulations and vendors.
• Excellent written and spoken English; cross-market collaboration.
• Payroll certification (CPP/FPC) preferred; team leadership experience valued.
• Ability to execute tactically; adapt quickly to day-to-day challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into payroll system before deadlines.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance and long-term incentives in Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analyses and reconciliations pre-payroll.
• Act as Payroll SME across project phases (testing, data management, docs).
• Coordinate with third-party providers and multi-country payroll.
• Produce reports and remittances; ensure SOX and internal controls compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations.
