Johnson & Johnson Bogotá Capability Center seeks a Sr. Supervisor - PBS to lead payroll operations, ensure timely and accurate processing, and manage third-party providers.

The role emphasizes audits, SOX controls, continuous improvement, data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration across markets to deliver compliant payroll.

If you bring 6+ years in payroll/HR, 3+ years in supervision, and strong English, you will contribute to automation and process excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of Payroll or HR experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll processing and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into the payroll system before deadlines.
• Oversee Time & Attendance, wage recovery, and mass uploads within payroll.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-country payroll activities for compliant operations.
• Coordinate audits and maintain SOX/internal controls documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in payroll.
• Provide SME support to third-party payroll providers.
