Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. Legal Entity seeks a Payroll Analyst to support LATAM payroll operations, emphasizing timeliness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on high-quality execution within a capability center in Bogota.

You will review, validate and analyze results, contribute to system changes, and uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards while aligning with global payroll policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years of HR or Finance operation experience is required.
• Knowledge of SAP PY or other PY ERP.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations in LAS countries.
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with Leading Third-Party Payroll Providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports payroll project implementation, transition, and continuous improvements.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of payroll data across LATAM.
• Performs reporting and reconciliation in line with internal controls.
• Supports and ensures SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manages confidentiality and data protection in payroll processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on payroll-related projects.
