Johnson Johnson seeks a Payroll Analyst to join the Bogota Capability Center, focusing on timely, accurate payroll operations for the Americas region. You will validate results, analyze reports, and support incident management, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and adherence to J&J Global Services tools and guidelines, with English proficiency and multi-market exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Payroll or HR operation is required.
• Knowledge of payroll US processing (processes, regulations, vendor landscape, etc.).
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Payroll certification is preferred (e.g. CPP, FPC).
• Knowledge of SOX and Business Controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll-related data interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, Long Term incentives within Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing.
• Provide payroll support for testing, data management, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with third-party payroll providers on calculation processes.
• Support multi-country payroll and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Generate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reports.
