Gallagher Bogotá is seeking an Account Executive (Property & Casualty) to deliver excellent client service, support policy renewals, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams. The role involves coordinating with sales and service managers and ensuring accurate policy information across Gallagher systems.

You'll act as the onshore go-to expert, mentor Client Service Managers, identify process improvements to drive efficiency, and help maintain high service standards.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in Property & Casualty.
• Solid understanding of Property & Casualty with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary contact for our onshore team, providing end-to-end support for Property & Casualty lifecycle services.
• Drive Renewals with Precision: Collaborate with sales agents and service managers to ensure seamless policy renewals, from preparation to execution.
• Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better outcomes.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date policy information and documentation in Gallagher’s systems.
• Resolve with Confidence: Handle queries and unique service requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
