Tetra Pak in Bogota, Colombia, seeks a Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist to lead the Sales Administration Support Center and coordinate daily operations for spare parts sales. You will drive process excellence across sales, customers, and internal functions to deliver a superior customer experience.

Based in Bogota, the role emphasizes SAP-based ERP operations, stakeholder collaboration across time zones, and continuous improvement of PTP processes to ensure timely parts

Formación

• A university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Sales Administration / Order Management/ Supply Chain (preferably in a shared services environment).
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a business environment.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot, Macros, etc) and Power BI reporting.
• Ability to influence, engage, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, customer-oriented and analytical.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and coach team members, enhancing knowledge transfer and daily operation execution.
• Support SSN teams in operational activities for the Parts business.
• Be primary contact for internal stakeholders on complex operations.
• Document and maintain processes and work instructions for consistency.
• Perform ERP-based operations, with SAP preferred.
• Ensure timely processing and closure of transactions.
• Provide operational support to the Americas Service administration center.
• Track order fulfilment and resolve backorders.
• Regularly cleanse ERP master data and records.
• Collaborate with regional SSN teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate reverse logistics with stakeholders for timely outcomes.
• Maintain communication across time zones.
• Ensure compliance with global processes and drive improvements.
• Own the Purchase to Payment (PTP) process.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts from suppliers; address delays.
• Address deviations to secure effective PTP.

Job Summary

As part of our Sales Administration Support Center, the Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist, plays a key role in driving and coordinating the Support team in terms of daily operations, by ensuring efficient, accurate, and seamless operations.

This role serves as a support to the central coordination point between sales, customers, and internal functions, driving operational excellence and delivering a unique and superior customer experience.

The position is based at our Tetra Pak office in Bogota, Colombia.

Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As an Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialis, you will contribute to delivering world-class service by managing critical spare parts sales operations:

• Provide guidance, coaching, and functional support to team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, capability development, and increasing team independence in performing daily operations and business processes.
• Support the Services Supply Network (SSN) teams in all operational support activities related to the Parts business.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on complex business operations support activities.
• Ensure business processes, procedures, and work instructions are properly documented, maintained, and communicated, enabling Sales Support Administrators to perform their activities consistently and efficiently.
• Execute/Perform business operation support activities in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ensure timely processing, closure, and maintenance of business transactions.
• Provide operational support to the Americas Service administration center.
• Track order fulfilment status and coordinate actions to resolve backorders and delivery constraints. Support operational efficiency through regular housekeeping and cleansing of ERP systems, master data, and transactional records.
• Collaborate closely with regional SSN teams to support operational processes and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate and support reverse logistic operational activities with stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across time zones.
• Ensure compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Responsible for Purchase to Payment (PTP) Process.
• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of parts from Tetra Pak suppliers, including taking corrective actions to address delays and supply shortages.
• Inform and act on all deviations to secure an effective and timely PTP Process.

We believe you have

• A university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Sales Administration / Order Management/ Supply Chain (preferably in a shared services environment)
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a business environment.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot, Macros, etc) and reporting tools Power BI and others).
