Tetra Pak in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking a Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst to support regional customers and sales teams with accurate order management and seamless service. This role offers an excellent entry point into order management, logistics, and supply chain operations, with training on SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems as you grow.

• University degree in business/ops aligned fields.
• Recent graduate or early-career with internship/projects accepted.
• Interest in order management, logistics, and data quality.
• Intermediate English required for professional communication.
• Basic Excel skills and data organization.
• SAP or ERP exposure preferred; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and support ERP/SAP and Salesforce operations.
• Process and close business transactions accurately and timely.
• Support Americas Service administration center operations.
• Track orders and resolve backorders and delivery issues.
• Maintain ERP master data and records; regular data cleansing.
• Collaborate with regional Services Supply Network teams.
• Coordinate reverse logistics with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement-to-payment (PTP) process and deviations.
