Tetra Pak in Bogotá, Colombia invites graduates to join the Future Talent Program – Technical Track as an Automation Specialist. Over 18 months you’ll deepen technical expertise, contribute to real projects, and help solve challenges in food processing and packaging.

From day one you’ll have a personal development plan, hands‑on experience, rotations, and formal training while collaborating with colleagues worldwide to build a broad professional network.

Formación

• Recent graduate with an Engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, or related field.
• Basic programming knowledge: Siemens and/or Rockwell.
• Basic knowledge in control architecture.
• Basic knowledge in SCADA system.
• Basic knowledge in Control Network.
• Good communication skills, analytical, detail oriented and proactive.
• English and Spanish conversational skills are required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and develop automation solutions for our customers as part of the Automation team.
• Be able and open to travel within Andina and C&C region approximately 50% of the time.
• Work and support in implementation, control design, programming (Siemens/ Rockwell) and quotations.
• Learn and develop yourself in control architecture.
• Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
• Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge in a local and international environment.

The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Up to 50% of time travel may be required for this position.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Future Talent – Automation Specialist you will:

• Learn and develop automation solutions for our customers as part of the Automation team. A great opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide industry-leading processing solutions;

We believe you have
