SAP Colombia is seeking a recent university graduate to join the Next Gen program in Bogota for a temporary 6 months up to 2 years. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of BW and reporting frameworks. You should be open to various educational backgrounds and have 0–2 years of experience.

Proactive collaboration across teams, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in artificial intelligence tools will help drive project success within a global SAP environment.

Formación

• Must be a recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (not including internships).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge about databases is desirable.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and craft strategic prompts.

• Support process definition, rollout and monitoring.
• Support continuous process and quality improvements.

• Assist planning meetings and overall coordination of project management activities.

What you will do

The position supports the enhancement of business and process performance, project and change management, organizational design. Supports the efforts of a project team and at times may lead a project. Supports flawless execution to meet project expectations & deadlines in support of global SAP and/or unit/area specific goals and strategy.

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 2 years

We are looking for a person with advanced Excel knowledge and good manage of Microsoft PowerPoint. It is also desired some knowledge about databases.

• Support development of area specific strategy, execution and operational plans

• Process Definition & Enhancement
• Support process definition, rollout and monitoring
• Support continuous process and quality improvements
• Execution of periodic reports for program & project operations
• Support planning meetings, and overall coordination of project management activities (meetings, schedule, rooms, communication)
• Support the usage of different tools (BW and reporting framework)

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Open to various educational backgrounds
• Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
• 0–2 years of professional experience (not includinginternships)

Requirements and Competencies:

• Microsoft Excel: Advanced level and Power BI knowledge
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows, craft strategic prompts to drive innovation, and apply best practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes.
• Staying curious — track emerging developments in AI tooling, foundation models, and enterprise software
• English Level 2: Conversational (Able to understand and formulate verbal and written communication)
