Tetra Pak in Bogota, Colombia, invites recent graduates to join the Future Talent – Leadership Track. This 18‑month program focuses on leadership development, hands‑on experience, and a tailored development plan across rotations in our global network of colleagues.

You will begin your career with strong support, gain exposure to the commercial and technical sides of our business, and have opportunities for international assignments, in person or remote, depending on project needs.

Formación

• Graduation in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or related field.
• Advanced English level.
• Interest in promoting sales of Tetra Pak’s portfolio.
• Nice to have experience in project management methodology.
• SAP management and Power BI knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Graduation date between December 2024 and December 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the commercial strategy in support of the sales team using internal and external sources.
• Scout, promote, follow-up and analyze commercial opportunities based on customer information.
• Maintain regular communication to strengthen customer relationships and propose solutions.
• Apply financial analysis to evaluate opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Understand our product portfolio and value proposition.
• Organize, prepare and present workshops to Market clients.

This position will be based in Bogota, Colombia
The start date for Future Talent Program will be February 2027.

What you will do

As Future Talent – Business Development Analyst you will:

• Prepare the commercial strategy in support of the sales team, using both internal and external sources
• Scout, promote, follow-up and analysis of commercial opportunities based on customer information.
• Maintain regular communication by strengthening the relationship with customers and improving the understanding of their strategies and needs, developing solution proposals, to identify opportunities.
• Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic decisions
• Understand our product portfolio and value proposition
• Organize, prepare and present workshops to the Market clients

We believe you have

• Talented recent graduation on any of the described majors: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or related.
• Advanced English level
• Interest in promoting sales of all Tetra Pak’s portfolio: Packaging, equipment and machinery, services to make technical quotations and negotiations.
• Nice to have experience in project management methodology. SAP management and Power BI knowledge
• Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

• Your university graduation date was completed between December 2024 and December 2026
