Job summary

Amadeus Bogotá is seeking a Network Manager to lead Network Engineering teams delivering secure, reliable connectivity across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments. You’ll combine people leadership, operational ownership, and technical strategy to drive modernization, automation, and service excellence.

You will own network service reliability, collaborate with architecture, CISO, cloud, SRE, platform, product, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient networking solutions and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure, cloud networking, or related domains.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in a global or matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, traffic management and network security principles.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices: incident, problem, change, capacity, lifecycle, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Network Engineering team with ownership and accountability.
• Own network service reliability for production and non-production services.
• Drive modernization and automation with software-defined networking, IaC, self-service, observability, and automation.
• Partner with architecture, security, cloud, SRE, platform, product, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient networking solutions.
• Manage operations and governance across incidents, problems, changes, capacity, lifecycle, compliance, and vendor activities.
