Auxis is seeking an Infrastructure Manager in Bogotá to lead the Systems, Microsoft Azure, Network, and Datacenter teams for a dedicated managed-services client. You will partner with the Service Delivery Manager and stakeholders to translate operational risks into business actions, ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available services.

The role requires senior leadership, governance, and deep experience in hybrid cloud, on-call management, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Senior level infrastructure leadership experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage hybrid cloud (Azure) and data center operations.
• Strong governance, incident response, and service continuity skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance, reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure teams.
• Lead architects and team leads, ensuring security, resilience and alignment with business needs.
• Manage 24x7 on-call processes and escalation paths for critical incidents.
• Drive incident response, RCA, and remediation actions with cross‑functional teams.
