Amadeus is seeking a Senior Manager Engineering – FBR Americas, based in Bogotá, to lead 50+ engineers and SRE/DevOps across multiple teams delivering safety-critical flight, baggage, and ramp operations applications. You will oversee Agile/SAFe trains with cross-site collaboration and partner with product management to align strategy with execution.

Formación
- Proven experience leading large software engineering organizations (50+ engineers)
- Strong Lean-Agile capabilities with SAFe experience preferred
- Ability to deliver mission-critical, safety-sensitive systems
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and customers at executive levels
- Track record delivering complex programs across multiple teams and sites
Responsabilidades
- Lead 50+ software engineers and SRE/DevOps across multiple teams
- Coach and drive Agile and SAFe practices, ensuring built-in quality
- Partner with Train Product Manager and System Architects to ensure on-time delivery
- Translate strategy into execution with Product and Solution Management
