Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. seeks a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead 50+ software engineers across Bogotá and global teams, delivering safety‑critical systems for Americas and beyond.

You will drive SAFe/Lean-Agile adoption, mentor managers, and coordinate with product and solution management to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. You will oversee ACUS and Kiosk teams in Bogota, align cross‑site collaboration with London, Bangalore and Bogota, and focus on production stability,

Formación

• Strong experience leading large software engineering organizations (30+ people, multi-team scale).
• Solid understanding of Lean-Agile practices (SAFe is preferred).
• Proven ability to lead delivery of mission-critical, safety-sensitive systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive team engagement and personal development; create an environment of trust, accountability, and mutual influence.
• Coach Engineering Managers, teams, and stakeholders in Lean-Agile and SAFe practices; ensure delivery on time with built-in quality.
• Build vision, promote innovation, and ensure customer satisfaction across Flight, Baggage, and Ramp domains.
