Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in logistics processes.
• Extensive knowledge of cargo transportation and the logistics industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a strong relationship with clients through timely communication.
• Ensure the achievement of client KPIs and service agreements.
• Prepare and deliver management reports and presentations.
• Act as the key contact for escalations, ensuring effective solutions.
