Jobtailor in Bogotá is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop a robust client pipeline, study market trends, and exceed targets through strong negotiation and relationship management. You will present proposals to potential clients and collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in business or marketing, solid sales experience in logistics, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience dealing with international clients and understanding technical documents.
• Preferably B1, B2, or higher level in Speaking, Listening & Reading.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team.
• Attend multiple tasks assigned by management of the company.
