Key responsibilities include adhering to standard operating procedures, meeting service level agreements, and collaborating with team members for service improvements. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Understand documentation requirements and execute jobs per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Deliver high-quality service through timely service completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements.
• Flag operational challenges to supervisors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for communication flow.

Conocimientos

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish

Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools

Educación
