Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. You will implement secure, observable solutions and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

This role supports global operations in a fast-growth setting, with flexible scheduling and a mix of remote and office work. A strong background in Windows Server, AD, and cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infra (physical and virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and Active Directory.
• Experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with a cloud-first approach.
• SOX regulated environment experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and direction across teams and domains.
• Act as internal escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure, systems, and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support including vulnerability remediation and firmware upgrades.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service issues.
• Help define and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforce.
