Job summary

Growth Acceleration Partners in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Senior IT Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on IT operations. You will lead enterprise IT activities, design automation, and mentor engineers while supporting security and network upgrades.

Strong English (B1+) is required for global collaboration. Responsibilities include configuring helpdesk and asset systems, managing collaboration tools, and driving IT process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT enterprise environments and operations.
• Experience managing and optimizing collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Admin Console, Entra ID).
• Experience configuring and managing helpdesk systems (Manage Engine, Freshservice, Zendesk) and asset management for lifecycle tracking.
• Experience managing IT hardware and software inventory across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting automation scripts, monitoring solutions, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting general network issues.
• History of cross-functional collaboration with Security, DevOps, Operations; mentoring juniors.
• Experience using AI as an enabler for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT operations teams across projects.
