Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Invoice Strategist to lead the invoice team across regions, ensure accurate billing, and drive improvements in processes and controls. The role combines finance expertise with leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven problem solving.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in invoicing/finance, strong Excel and analytical skills, and proven experience guiding teams and managing escalations. English at B2+ is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Invoice, Billing, Finance or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy management.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing escalations and improving processes.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities across regions.
• English B2+ level.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the Invoice team, ensuring effective workload distribution and performance.
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Manage escalations and complex financial/invoice-related issues.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across different teams and regions.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members and support their professional development.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure processes are aligned with financial controls, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Invoice operation.
