Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Invoice Strategist (L4) in Bogotá. This supervisory role requires leading the Invoice team, overseeing billing processes, and driving improvements across regions. Strong financial and invoicing expertise, plus stakeholder management, are essential for success.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Invoice, Billing or Finance, with advanced Excel skills and excellent communication abilities. English at B2+ level is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Invoice, Billing, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy management.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing escalations and improving processes.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities across regions.
• English B2+.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the Invoice team, ensuring workload distribution and performance.
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Manage escalations and complex financial/invoice-related issues.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across different teams and regions.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members and support their professional development.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure processes are aligned with financial controls, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Invoice operation.
