Ondaro LLC is seeking a Senior HubSpot Administrator to own our HubSpot platform and drive growth. You will shape how sales and marketing operate, deliver trusted data to leaders, and build automation that frees teams to focus on clients.

You will have direct access to leadership and meaningful ownership. With 5+ years in HubSpot admin, you will manage pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data models, while guiding adoption in a B2B setting.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on HubSpot administration at Professional or Enterprise tier.
• Deep experience with pipelines, workflows, reporting, and CRM data models.
• Track record of improving data quality and adoption in a B2B setting.
• Professional fluency in English, with ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Bonus: HubSpot certifications, API/integration, ServiceNow exposure, and Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own our HubSpot portal end to end: users, permissions, pipelines, properties, and standards.
• Build workflows, lead routing, and scoring that move leads and deals forward without manual work.
• Create dashboards and reports that leaders use to run the business.
• Lead data quality programs and keep our CRM clean, complete, and reliable.
• Manage integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other tools in our stack.
• Train and support Tritons so they get the most out of HubSpot.
