Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. seeks a dedicated CRM Administrator to design, build, and optimize our enterprise HubSpot portal.

You will own the data model, keep records clean, and implement scalable processes that prevent duplicates and improve reporting. Working with US-based teams, you will develop workflows, manage integrations with tools like ZoomInfo and internal systems, and build dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on CRM administration experience.
• Understanding of CRM objects, fields, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
• Experience building automation, such as workflows, sequences, or rules.
• Comfort with data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building CRM reports and dashboards, and explaining what the stats mean.
• Basic understanding of how APIs and integrations connect systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the discipline to test before publish.
• Advanced English, written and spoken; works daily with US-based teams.
• Availability to work US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HubSpot properties across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects.
• Build, test, and maintain workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data updates.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the rest of the stack; manage API usage.
• Own data quality: deduplication, normalization, imports/exports, and routine cleanup.
• Build views, lists, and reports surface data problems before they affect sales.
• Manage users, teams, roles, and access controls; provide training and guides.
