Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a dedicated CRM Administrator to build, manage, and optimize our enterprise HubSpot portal. You will own the build, keep data clean, and propose improvements with a big-picture mindset.

The role emphasizes not just ticket handling but designing properties, workflows, and integrations, auditing automation, and ensuring data quality across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects. US East hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Working understanding of CRM fundamentals: objects and records, properties/fields, associations, pipelines, lifecycle stages.
• Experience building or maintaining automation (workflows, sequences, rules).
• Comfort with data: imports/exports, deduplication, cleanup in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building CRM reports and dashboards, and explaining stats.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations connecting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and testing before publishing.
• Advanced English, written and spoken; daily collaboration with US-based teams.
• Availability to work US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain properties across CRM objects (contacts, companies, deals, custom objects).
• Build, test, and maintain workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and data updates; use Python for custom actions when needed.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external tools and databases; manage APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure data quality through deduplication, normalization, imports/exports, and routine cleanup.
• Create views, lists, and reports to surface data issues before they impact sales or marketing.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions; conduct regular access reviews and security checks.
• Generate dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and carrier teams; explain insights to leadership.
