Job summary

HubSpot in Bogotá seeks a CRM Operations Admin to own and improve our enterprise HubSpot portal. You will design data architecture, build workflows, integrate tools, and ensure data quality across the system.

This role focuses on the bigger picture, not ticket-taking, and you will propose improvements before requests reach us. You will work with US-based teams on Eastern Time hours and bring ideas that add value to the portal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on CRM admin experience.
• Understanding of CRM objects, fields, pipelines, and lifecycles.
• Experience building automations: workflows, sequences, or rules.
• Ability to work with Excel/Sheets for data cleanup and imports/exports.
• Experience building CRM reports and dashboards and explaining metrics.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Strong attention to detail and testing before publishing.
• Advanced English, written and spoken; US Eastern Time availability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HubSpot properties across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects.
• Create and maintain workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, lead status, scoring, and data updates.
• Develop integrations between HubSpot and other tools; manage APIs/webhooks.
• Own data quality: deduplication, normalization, imports/exports.
• Build views, lists, and reports surfacing data issues before sales/marketing use.
• Manage user access: roles, seats, permissions; perform regular reviews.
