Job summary

Langford Staffing is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations while leading company-wide onboarding and employee training.

This role requires an outgoing, confident communicator who can run live onboarding sessions and convert policies into clear presentations, guides, quizzes, and scenarios. You will also use AI tools to research, organize, and update training content with careful review and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related HR field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with onboarding/training.
• Experience delivering onboarding, policy training, and retraining.
• Ability to build structured training modules and use AI tools.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire orientation and foundational training.
• Build training modules from policies, procedures, and standards.
• Create presentations, guides, quizzes, scenarios, and checklists.
• Use AI tools to support development and updates, with quality reviews.
• Train employees on policies, systems, and workplace expectations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Escalate complex issues and support managers with HR needs.
