Swovo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to lead organic search and paid acquisition with a hands-on approach. You will own SEO, content, keyword strategy, authority building, and Google Ads while aligning tactics to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Based in Latin America, you will work remote with US business hours and influence growth across Swovo’s software consultancy offerings and future lines. Strong analytical, technical SEO, and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• 7+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on SEO and paid search experience with direct ownership.
• Ability to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, and iterate.
• Proven track record of driving qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

• Own SEO strategy across Swovo’s business lines and execute initiatives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and paid channels.
• Improve lead quality, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
