SleekFlow is seeking an SEO manager (content focus) to plan, strategize, write, and optimize content for Latin America (LatAm) in Spanish, with a global English content scope. This senior individual-contributor role works with the Head of SEO and the Head of Content to set direction and priorities, not just execute briefs.

You will turn keyword research into a prioritized content roadmap, review outlines and drafts, and own the Spanish translation/localization process end-to-end.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO content writing or content marketing.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Track record of SEO content strategies that grew organic traffic or rankings.
• Strong working knowledge of Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Experience briefing and reviewing the work of other writers or translators.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SEO content strategy and roadmap for LatAm (Spanish).
• Support global English markets strategy and execution when needed.
• Lead keyword research and search-intent analysis for LatAm; contribute to English markets.
• Set and maintain SEO content standards; review outlines/drafts in Spanish and English.
• Review Spanish translation and localization for accuracy, tone, and SEO quality.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking.
• Coordinate with design, product marketing, and localization to ship content on time.
