Be part of our client's team as a Senior Search Engine Specialist, where you will support global SEO initiatives through keyword research, technical audits, content optimization, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with strategists, developers, and creatives to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions across multiple markets.

Shift: Day shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Colombia time)

What You'll Bring

• Proven SEO experience (5+ years) with a strong track record of growing organic search traffic and conversions
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, SEO best practices, and inbound marketing tactics
• In‑depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics), including goal setup, ecommerce tracking, and custom reporting
• Google Analytics certification preferred
• Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Vignette)
• Experience using project management tools, software, and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, Jira)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to self‑manage time and workload
• Positive, flexible, and well organized, with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Perform ongoing keyword research and deliver keyword targeting and metadata recommendations using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
• Audit websites to identify low‑hanging SEO opportunities and deliver prioritized recommendations for improving rankings through technical execution, content, and link strategies
• Research and analyze competitor content and backlink profiles
• Audit Google Business Profiles, as applicable, to identify issues and optimization opportunities across each profile
• Execute ongoing Google Business Profile optimizations, including citation building, content updates, NAP consistency monitoring, and monthly reporting
• Recommend improvements to website architecture, content structure, internal linking, and other ranking factors to improve SEO performance for target keywords
• Prepare and deliver monthly SEO performance analysis and reports
• Support the Senior SEO Strategist in developing and implementing SEO strategies and tactical initiatives
