Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience building talent pipelines across functions and levels.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record in creative candidate identification strategies.
• Knowledge of ATS and search management systems.
• Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with market intelligence tools and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit executive-level and professional talent for J&J’s priorities globally.
• Develop and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand and prioritize talent needs.
• Build talent pipelines through digital outreach and tech tools, including TRM systems.
• Interview and assess candidates, presenting qualified shortlists and proactive pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal Talent Insights to enhance outcomes using market data.
