John Wood Group Plc in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior Project Management Consultant to support multi-country payroll implementations. You will lead global projects, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while explaining payroll implications to clients.

The role requires strong communication, cross-cultural skills, and the ability to work with the global team to set up the platform and ensure invoicing aligns with contract terms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience, preferably in a service environment.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct global kickoff calls, create project charters, roll-out and project plans for all countries in scope.
• Ensure client respects implementation window as per the contract.
• Assist with global implementation, coordinating with in-country partners and global teams.
• Escalate issues that may delay timely completion of the global implementation.
• Ensure proper transition from implementation to service with the Client Account Manager.
• Maintain master implementation schedule and review progress with stakeholders.
• Review project status using corporate tools and verify figures with basic accounting knowledge.
• Explain payroll concepts and country-specific payroll issues to clients with partners.
