Job summary

Wonderful is seeking an experienced Senior AR & Billing Accountant to join our global AR team. This hands-on role covers billing, collections, accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting background, understands the full order-to-cash cycle, and ensures AR data aligns with the general ledger. Collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Treasury is essential.

Qualifications

• Own the end-to-end billing and AR process across multiple entities.
• Review contracts and terms for accurate billing.
• Manage reconciliation between AR and general ledger.
• Support month-end close, journals, and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing and AR for multiple entities.
• Review contracts to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Reconcile AR with GL and aging reports.
• Support monthly close: journals, reconciliations, cut-off.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Treasury, Accounting.
