ICBD Global is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and enhance accounting operations and compliance within a U.S. GAAP environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, overseeing budgeting, payroll, and cash flow management while ensuring precise financial reporting. This role involves managing a team in a global framework and identifying enhancements to accounting processes and controls.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC standards.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting.
• Oversee the GL, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and ASC standards.
• Lead and develop the accounting team across AP, AR, and General Accounting.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate external audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Oversee payroll accounting and related reconciliations.

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial close, reporting, and compliance in a U.S. GAAP environment. This role will also support budgeting, cash flow, payroll accounting, and financial decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting.
• Oversee the GL, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and ASC standards, including ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Lead and develop the accounting team across AP, AR, and General Accounting.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate external audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Oversee payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and controls.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC standards.
• Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Multi-entity/multi-currency experience and MBA are a plus.
