HH Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage high‑volume invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs across multiple entities. You will help maintain strong controls and timely month‑end closings.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounts payable, business English, and solid Excel/ERP skills (SAP or AX). You should be detail oriented, capable of handling high volumes, and collaborating with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience in shared service or multi-entity finance environment
• Business English required
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge (SAP, AX or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume supplier invoices and credits per policy
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching with POs and goods receipts
• Code, approve, and post invoices to correct entities and ledgers
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with procurement and suppliers
• Support payment runs and ensure timely processing
• Maintain supplier statement reconciliations
• Adhere to SLAs and internal control requirements
• Assist with documentation and SOPs
