Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Finance or related field, with 4+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting; ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills are required for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational analytics; healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and adjustments.
• Maintain general ledger integrity (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with P&L variance analysis.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany support.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure consistency of financial data across ERP systems.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

The Senior Accountant will support the company's accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintaining account reconciliations, and contributing to the month-end close process.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany, accruals).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including P&L variance analysis.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support intercompany transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across ERP systems.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational analytics — healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting).
