Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Experience with multi-entity and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with international and multi-currency accounting.
• Experience with inventory accounting.
• Experience preparing and filing sales tax returns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle accounting for assigned entities and locations.
• Perform month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reconcile daily bank activity, sales, and cash transactions.
• Process monthly inventory and related accounting activities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and management fees.
• Review and reconcile payroll journal entries.
• Maintain accruals and deferred revenue.
• Support Accounts Payable activities.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Handle international and multi-currency accounting transactions.
• Support consolidations and financial reporting to the holding company.

This role requires strong hands‑on accounting experience, particularly in month‑end close, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, inventory, and international accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting for assigned entities and locations.
• Perform month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reconcile daily bank activity, sales, and cash transactions.
• Process monthly inventory and related accounting activities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and management fees.
• Review and reconcile payroll journal entries.
• Maintain accruals and deferred revenue.
• Support Accounts Payable activities.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Handle international and multi‑currency accounting transactions.
• Support consolidations and financial reporting to the holding company.
