AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize employee lifecycle applications. The role focuses on Python/Django with Java/Spring Boot and React, and aims to enhance integrations with enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

You will improve scalability, security, and user experience while collaborating with global teams on modern technologies and AI-driven tools. Remote work with flexible hours is offered.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on Python/Django backend development.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating with LLMs/AI assistants or generative AI.
• REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 and least-privilege access.
• Knowledge of AI security/governance and data handling.
• Familiarity with TypeScript/React.
• Strong testing, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
